Expensive, expensive, expensive! So many changes made trying to squeeze every penny they can put of families. We've been coming for about 6 years and have seen changes that not always the benefit of families. 1) Quality of ice creams lack flavour 2) Price to come in keeps going up 3) Baby changing facilities not suitable in male toilets 4) VIP costs have risen and the amount of plays reduced. 5) Removing the farm. 6) The loft area has half the games don't work. 7) Electric parts of the soft play don't work anymore and haven't done for a long time. 8) Ordering food has become more complicated with smaller portions

Great place for adults and children! We went on a freezing January weekday and it was really quiet, but there is an endless choice of ice cream and toppings. Outside attractions to entertain the kids and I know there’s additional things to do there (for a small charge) and also some animals to see, if you get lucky and see them venture outside (it was too cold for them when we went). There is a gift shop too and some eateries (we didn’t go in these though).

Amazing day out for our 4 year old. Food and drinks in the restaurant and cafe were good for the price. We loved the fact it was all in a circle and close together so easy for us to do everything without little legs getting tired. We arrived at 10:30 and left at 4. Plenty to keep the young ones occupied. Great for 10 years old and under I would say. Any older they would be easily bored.

Awful customer care. Bought Santa experience for 7th December, weekend of the storm, assured me they would be open. Arrived after 2hr trip to bed told by security guard they had made the decision to close. Money making scheme with no care for their customers, couldn't even apologise to me

The place is fantastic for everyone, whether you're 3 or 90 years old! The soft play area offers loads of fun for all ages. Unfortunately, we visited on a snowy and icy day, so the outdoor attractions were closed. However, that didn’t stop us from enjoying the delicious ice cream and tasty food available in the soft play area. We are definitely coming back.

We had the most amazing time here. Even though my little one didn't like a lot of the attractions we still spent most of the day here. The ice cream is gorgeous and there's plenty to do. The soft play is fantastic. Gift shop is reasonably priced. We didn't eat here either than the ice cream. But found there were so many toilets which Is a plus when potty training! Staff are super helpful and friendly.

It's been some years since we took the family to the ice cream farm. Yes the children are getting older so it wasn't so much of an attraction!! The biggest disappointment for me was they no longer have the petting animals, which took the shine off a working farm as it always was. Guess they have to think about the turnover 🤷

We went on 22nd December. The weather was appalling but this did not deter my grandson from having a great time, though he found Santa a bit scary. All credit to the elves and other staff, including the young person on the electric car track who looked absolutely frozen but were still friendly and cheery. My grandson had a great time cookie making too, it was a very well run activity

Despite checking before leaving got there after an hour to find it closed on a Saturday morning. This upset my daughter no end. Whilst I appreciate that this is not an everyday occurrence, it would have been nice for the website to have warmed me ahead of time.

Kids loved it and was a great day out for them. Just a shame all the rides cost extra

Good for younger children. Need to pay for everyone to enter and then Play Passes for most of the children's activities. Good to know going in.

Absolutely fabulous family day out! We went during the week with our toddler and would highly recommend both the softplay and sand and water play. Also the ice cream... immense!
